Southwest Burlington is the area south of the QEW and west of Walkers Line. It includes the neighbourhoods of Plains, Dynes, Maple, Central, Roseland, Aldershot Central, and Aldershot South. 

Plains

Plains is a small area of Burlington located south and east of the Q.E.W., west of Guelph Line, and north of Fairview St. It contains the Burlington Go Train Station, making it an excellent choice for train commuters.

Dynes

Dynes is located in central Burlington, south of the Q.E.W., east of Guelph Line, west of Walkers Line, and north of New St. Containing Burlington Mall and Assumption High School, this area has everything close by.

Maple

Located south of Fairview St., west of Brant St., east of the Q.E.W. and north of Lake Ontario. East Maple borders downtown Burlington, and is also home to Mapleview Centre Mall.

Central

Central is defined as south of Fairview St., east of Brant St., west of Guelph Line, and north of Lake Ontario. The west border of Central borders downtown Burlington (on Brant) and also contains the Central Library.

Roseland

Situated south of New St., east of Guelph Line, west of Walkers Line, and running right to Lake Ontario.

Aldershot Central

West of the Q.E.W., north of Plains Road, and south of the 403 Highway.
